In 2001 we acquired the first building in our portfolio of boutique office buildings, 70 Shortland Street, and renamed it the Shortland Chambers Building. The building is home to New Zealand’s largest and most prestigious firm of barristers, Shortland Chambers. It also accommodates a number of other leading lawyers, consultants and financiers.

Tenancies are modern, light and spacious. The building is well served by Atomic café and Ati's Hairdressing on the ground floor, opening out to a naturally ambient music-filled foyer at the entrance to the building.
