John Courtney, BA, MSc, MBA, CFA John brings 25 years experience in investment banking spent working in similar city environments in Europe, Asia and the US. A graduate of Nottingham, London School of Economics and Duke Universities, and a CFA Charterholder, John worked for Goldman Sachs in New York, before founding and selling out of pacific island investment bank, Kontiki Capital. John is owner and founder of Shortland Management and Shortland Street Trust. John is also a director of Heart of the City in Auckland.

Michelle Deery, Dip.Ed, Dip.Int.Dsg Michelle co-ordinates design fit out work throughout the portfolio of buildings. Michelle is co-owner and founder of Shortland Management and Shortland Street Trust. Like John, Michelle has lived in Europe, Asia and US.

Nadeem Ali, BBus, Sa Fin Nadeem brings valuable finance and investment management experience from his previous role as head of research and investment at pacific island investment bank, Kontiki Capital. As CFO Nadeem is responsible for investment management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Reza Bashari, BBS (Finance and Property) As Property Manager, Reza is responsible for operational management and performance of portfolio properties. In his role, Reza oversees property and facilities management, lease negotiations, tenant relations and marketing initiatives. Reza also manages our property and tenancy fit-out projects. A graduate of Massey University, Reza brings valuable property and finance experience acquired in his previous roles at CBRE, Bayleys and ANZ Bank.

Ishveer Golian, BCom(Fin), BProp (Hons) In his role as Property and Finance Analyst, Ishveer provides the team with valuable project and deal analysis assistance. He also oversees the management of tenant accounts and assists in property and facilities management. A graduate of University of Auckland, Ishveer has completed a double degree in finance and property.
