We create and manage boutique work spaces for business tenants in and around Shortland Street in Auckland’s CBD. We own a cluster of buildings in the Shortland Street/Fort Street precinct, including Shortland Chambers, Walker Wayland Centre, General Building, South Canterbury Finance Building and Hotel DeBrett. Our tenants are leaders in New Zealand's business community.

We have a vision for an elegant, vibrant and hospitable environment in the heart of Auckland. We treat our tenants as clients. We aim to offer exemplary service, be responsive to tenant needs and tailor our service to meet those requirements. Our hands on support services include interior design and fit out.

Shortland Management manages assets owned by the Shortland Street Trust group, and its beneficiaries John Courtney and Michelle Deery. We try to be responsible owners. Our aim is to improve design and ambience so we can attract talented businesses turning our buildings into destinations. We welcome feedback.
