57 Fort Street neighbors the Walker Wayland Centre. Acquisition of this building furthers our goal of locating our buildings in the vibrant Fort Street/Shortland Street precinct.

57 Fort Street is home to a number of leading investment, property and legal professional service firs. On the ground floor IMA serves traditional Mediterranean / Israeli cuisine and Ben Cafe, a winner of Metro's award for the best cafe in Auckland, is a popular ground meeting spot.

The Fort Street area is being transformed as part of Auckland City Council's CBD streetscapes upgrade programme. The upgrade aims to create a lively, people focused destination that reflects the area's rich cultural and geographic history. Read more on the upgrade.
